Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. We operate Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are queued as a priority for dispatch on Monday morning.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated transit times from our Coomera, QLD warehouse after dispatch. These are guides only — actual delivery times are determined by the courier and may vary.

Business days are Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not included in transit estimates.
How Freight is Calculated
Freight is calculated in real time at checkout based on the weight and cubic size of your order. We pass courier charges through at cost — no markup, no handling fees.
Bulk products vary significantly in weight and volume. Couriers charge based on whichever is greater — dead weight or cubic weight. This is why a flat freight rate is not practical for our range.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Use this to monitor delivery directly with the courier. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, we have no ability to alter delivery timeframes or redirect parcels.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been collected. If your parcel is officially declared lost by the courier, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
