We always work to ship orders quickly while prioritising quality and accuracy. Fast turnaround is important to us, but we never skip the checks that keep your order correct and compliant. If high demand, staff shortages, or production steps (e.g., blends or on-site milling) affect timing, we’ll email you with an update.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Mon–Thur AEST, excluding QLD public holidays).
How long will delivery take once dispatched?
Delivery timeframes follow Australia Post’s guides for your postcode and service type. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Do you offer Express Post?
Yes. Express Post orders are picked within 2 business days and then shipped via Australia Post Express. Transit times follow Australia Post’s Express network estimates. Most express orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in Australia and 5 business days for NZ. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
What if my order includes blends or milled powders produced on site?
Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. We’ll combine production and packing so it leaves as soon as it’s ready.
Could there be delays? How will I be notified?
During periods of high demand or staff shortages, dispatch may take longer. If this happens, we’ll email you with an update and revised timing.
When do you count “business days”?
Business days are Monday to Thursday, AEST (QLD), excluding public holidays.
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely—tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if I have tracking but my parcel is late?
Check the courier’s tracking page first for the latest scans and delivery updates (including any attempted delivery or “ready for collection” notices).
Allow a little buffer beyond the estimated window—regional/remote areas and peak periods can add time.
Still delayed? Contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll lodge a “lost my parcel” request (missing-item enquiry) with the courier on your behalf.
Expected timeframe: Couriers typically provide an initial update within 48 hours of our enquiry. We’ll keep you informed via email.
