there are a few websites that offer nutritional information for a selection of products that we sell.  We do not take responsibility for information that is printed there or any advise that these external sites might offer.

Often the most reliable source for this is the USDA Food Composition Database found here https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/

Whist the information is generic it will give you an idea of the Nutritional Value of the Products.
