We often get asked for additional information surround our conventional (wild harvested) and certified organic Chinese mushroom powders. Please find attached current Certificates of Analysis, Mushroom Powder Flow Chart, and FAQ's below.
What Province are the mushroom powders sourced from? -Zhejiang Province, China. This area of East China is filled with agricultural history dating the past almost 1000 years, meaning sustainable and protected farming heritage. The families in the region create a circular process, in which nutrients in the ground are based around an aquaculture system (fish -> rice -> farming).
Are the conventional powders spray free? - Yes, to the best of our knowledge, the conventional powders are spray free due to being wild harvested.
Are these dissoluble? - The powders are conforming at 80 Mesh size, however we would not be comfortable in saying that they are 100% able to be dissolved in water.
Do you have any testing available for metallics? - All information that we have available is attached to this document. We do request updated information with the manufacturer, however this can be limited.
Why are they classed as Premium Mushroom Powders - Our team spent quite a lot of time researching, and finding the best suppliers for both our wild-harvested, and our Certified Organic mushroom powders. This is due to not only growing regions, but also "how" they're grown. Our clients have asked for specific and superior product in comparison to what can be readily available.
