What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products carry a 24 - 36 month shelf life from time of manufacture.

Products must be stored in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and at an optimum temperature below 24 degrees.  In extreme heat and humidity product should be best kept in refrigeration to maintain freshness and to eliminate bug infestation and mould.

We guarantee to only sell products at full price with a minimum of 12 months BBD date.  We will sometimes sell products at reduced rates with expiry dates of less than 12 months BBD.  The Herbal Connection runs a just in time approach to supply chain management.  What does this mean for you?  It means that you are always getting the freshest products, that products haven't sat around our warehouse for months on end or for years at a time.  85% of our product range turns through our warehouse every 8-12 weeks.
