Why are your products packed in clear packaging?

For products to stay freshest it is desired that they be kept in a dark place away from sunlight.  Often products in other businesses cannot guarantee this and so pack their products in foil or dark packaging.

At The Herbal Connection we maintain an optimum temperature controlled environment of under 23 degrees all year round and keep our packaged products in dark bins away from direct sunlight to ensure they are kept at their freshest.  

Products are packed out quickly using fast machines at approx 25kg per 15mins and are packed in a temperature controlled environment and moved directly to dark bins for picking and packing into orders.

We find our clients like the fact that they can easily see the product as soon as it arrives to check on the desired cut/coursness of the products as well as colour.  It eliminates the need for customers to open bags to have to check the stock whereby return of product is voided due to opened bags not able to be returned to us.

Product Quality is very important to us and we adhere to strict processes when it comes to packing and storage of our products.
